1. Program Overview

This Affiliate Program allows approved partners to earn a 20% commission on each paying customer referred to services provided by Ecom Economics, LLC (the parent company behind HyperReach Social). Commissions are valid for a period of 12 months following the initial customer signup.

2. Eligibility & Participation

  • You must be 18 years or older to participate.
  • All applications are subject to approval by Ecom Economics, LLC.
  • We reserve the right to remove any affiliate at any time at our sole discretion.

3. Referral Tracking

  • Referrals must use your unique affiliate link to be tracked.
  • Cookies are set for 180 days. A customer must sign up within this timeframe for the referral to qualify.
  • We do not retroactively credit referrals that were not tracked properly through the affiliate system.

4. Commission Details

Affiliates earn a 20% commission on all payments made by referred customers for a duration of 12 months from the date of signup.

  • Commissions are marked as Pending for 14 days after the initial customer payment to allow for fraud screening and payment verification.
  • After the 14-day hold, commissions are marked as Approved and paid the following Monday.
  • If a refund or chargeback occurs before the payout, the pending commission is canceled.
  • If a refund or chargeback occurs after payout, the commission will be clawed back from future commissions or invoiced back to the affiliate.
  • Our software actively monitors for fraudulent or abusive activity, and we reserve the right to withhold commissions tied to suspicious activity.
  • Minimum payout threshold: $50. Unpaid balances below this amount will roll over to the next cycle.

Note: HyperReach Social’s refund policy is clearly stated and agreed to by all customers at signup. However, in rare cases where a chargeback is issued through a third-party payment processor, affiliate commissions related to that transaction will be reversed.

5. Payouts

  • Payouts are issued on Mondays for commissions that have cleared the 14-day pending window.
  • Payout methods include PayPal, Wave, and ACH.
  • Commissions are only paid when they meet or exceed the $50 threshold.

6. Affiliate Dashboard

Affiliates may access their dashboard at https://affiliates.hyperreach.social to monitor leads, commission status, and payouts. Data may be reviewed and adjusted for accuracy before finalizing commissions.

7. Disqualification & Fraud Prevention

  • Spam, misleading marketing, fake leads, and self-referrals are strictly prohibited.
  • Affiliates found abusing the system may be permanently banned and forfeit any pending commissions.
  • Multiple signups from the same IP address, rapid cancellations, or other suspicious patterns will trigger review.

8. Program Changes

Ecom Economics, LLC reserves the right to update or discontinue this affiliate program at any time. However, we will provide at least 14 days’ notice before making any material changes. In the event of program discontinuation, all approved commissions earned prior to the cutoff will be honored.

9. Legal & Tax Compliance

  • Affiliates are considered independent contractors, not employees.
  • You are responsible for your own tax reporting obligations. A W-9 or equivalent may be required for payouts above legal thresholds.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • Ecom Economics, LLC is not responsible for untracked referrals due to browser settings, ad blockers, or third-party cookie interference.
  • Only verified leads tracked through our affiliate system will be eligible for commission.
